Injury Management

If you get an injury, stop exercise immediately, seek medical assistance to find out how bad it is and don’t start your exercise again until the injury has healed.

R=Rest

I=Ice

C=Compression

E=Elevation

RICE technique has shown in research to have beneficial effects on reducing complications post injury like swelling which delays healing.
